Applegate Park is a development of 675 homes in the north of the parish, also known as Wises Lane development, with construction starting in the Summer of 2022.

The development is in a number of phases and each phase was subject to archaeological surveys. These were carried out by SWAT Archaeology, and reports for each phase are available on their web site.
